Mediation & ADR – We appreciate that court proceedings are not always the best answer. For this reason we often advise in regards to mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), for the primary purpose of avoiding litigation and seeking an amicable settlement between the parties. In addition, mediations have the advantage of being private and flexible in regards to the procedure.
